1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Anugraha Tours and Travels. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
• Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Car Rentals:
  • Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Coach Rentals:
  • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• Anugraha Tours and Travels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the customer due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or delays caused by traffic conditions.
• We ensure that all our vehicles are well-maintained and our chauffeurs are experienced. However, we are not responsible for any mechanical failure or unforeseen issues with the vehicle during the service.
• The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period due to negligence or misuse.

5. Use of Service

• All vehicles rented from Anugraha Tours and Travels are to be used for lawful purposes only.
• The customer must adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while using our services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who exhibits behavior that could endanger the safety of the driver or others.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Anugraha Tours and Travels reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
