  • Car Rentals:

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Coach Rentals:
    • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service.
    • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

If you experience issues with the quality of our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will review the issue and, if deemed valid, offer a refund or credit toward future services.
